Crestview, historically, has ALWAYS sold for more than other comparable area neighborhoods. It is such a clean and pristine neighborhood and the builder has a great reputation. Even in this market slump, I would still suspect that a Crestview home will sell for considerably more than a home in Tierra Verde, Cottonwood Ranch, etc. Also, there have been very few foreclosures in Crestview- foreclosures have absolutely devasted the pricing of the neighboring condo/townhouse communities. Whether or not they get that price will depend on how it stacks up to the current competition in regards to upgrades, view, landscaping, etc. and whether or not an appraiser can find good comps to support the price. Hope that helps!
