My home is listed with a realtor, but it is not on Trulia. How do houses get listed on Trulia?

Hello, Clenoir

You should ask your agent to upload the listing to Trulia, it all depends on where he is marketing the listing. The agent should be able to upload it with no problems. Good luck.

I use either the Keller Williams listing service or Postlets.com, both of which upload listings to multiple different sites (and both of which will upload them here).

Trulia doesn't get an automatic feed from a lot of brokers. Your agent needs to manually upload listings for them to show up here.

It's a great site for marketing, but certainly not a necessity for an agent to upload a listing here.

Have your Realtor sign up for an account and he can submit the listing.

While you're at it I would also ask where he is marketing your home. Trulia should be one of the basics.

Hi Clenoir0927,

Please direct your agent or broker to the link below to submit your home to Trulia. The process should only take minutes.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or feedback for us.
