Anyone out there working with Titanium Solutions?

If so, what do you think? Are they reliable and good to work with?
Thanks for any feedback!

My partner and I are very active HRC's and have worked many orders over the past year. We have helped many homeowners with their loan mod or the paperwork they need to submit to qualify as per the order. There are a lot of negative comments being made about this company but most of them are seriously untrue. My experience has been that this company is cutting edge in the distressed market, providing a service to both the homeowner and the servicer and a huge source of referral business.

I've been with TS for almost 1 year and I love the company. Sure, the work is different from BPO's (which I also do), but the main point is to try to help the owner's avoid foreclosure. Some can be rude, hostile, comes with the territory and it's not for everyone. I do like the fact that it's all lead generation for homeowners that can't afford it and have time to sell the house. It's a lead to a short sale listing. The company also plans to do REO's from what I hear, but it's still rumors.

Hi Sally, I did work with Titanium Soltuions for a short time. My opinion is that yes they are reliable and good to work with but they pay terrible and you can put yourself into some very uncomfortable situations to say the least. You are much better off doing BPO's, they pay much better and don't require you to approach the occupants. Titanium asks you to get an appointment to meet with the owners to try and see if a loan mod, or work out is possible. My experience was that I was being sent to some very hostile home owners who were not at all happy to see me and I was met by dogs and long driveways leading to Gods knows where. Then you are paid $25 and IF you get all of their financials they will pay you $75! If you would like some leads of BPO companies I work with to supplement your income and keep you in touch with your local market please advise. I am happy to share with you. You can contact me through email.
