That is a great area. It really just depends on what you're looking for, heart of Myrtle Beach where it may be a little busy or outlying area where it will be a little quieter? Thats a question you have to answer.

Hi Mark, i think a lot depends on where the home is located at. That area is a very eclectic area. For Example you go up to 76th ave where Northwood is, and those homes are in the mid 200's-300's. But on the other side of 76th where Siena Park is, those homes start in the mid 800's To give an accurate estimate, I would need to see the home and do a CMA.
