Home Buying in 94901>Question Details

Geo, Other/Just Looking in 94901

Hi I was wondering how much a house sold for in the Chapel Cove development recently in San Rafael.

Asked by Geo, 94901 Mon May 11, 2009

If the sellers got their asking price I may be interested in selling mine.

The last sale there was 18 Chapel Cove that sold for $1,800,000. It wasn't quite the asking price of $1,895,000. It was on the market before but this time it was on for 81 days. I have been selling East San Rafael since 1974. I would like to meet with you so I can present a current CMA for Chapel Cove and East San Rafael. You can reach me direct at 415-257-2042

The trailing link will give you information to add to what Leslie and Steve have provided.
If a seller gets asking price or close in a timely way it is because the property is priced accurately according to market reality and because the home is presented and marketed properly. All the ingredients need to be in place. Presentation and marketing can maybe take some of the cut from pricing but price is king. That's what gets folks to drive over and look.

If you are referring to 18 Chapel Cove that property sold on 5/9 for $1,800,000. I suggest that you contact a Realtor to get a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) done on your property to determine the value. I offer that as a free service and if you’d like to contact me directly… I’d love to help!

Kind Regards, Leslie
