Hi Melinda. I would like to take a look at your credit and Debt to Income ratio to see what I can do for you. There might be some easy fixes to get your credit score bumped up and the rates are low right now. Depending on your loan amount, I think we could save you a lot of money on your new mortgage thus freeing up some monthly debt and enabling you to pay off your other bills faster. Please contact me I have an office in Plymouth and Saginaw.

Hi Melinda: As Lynn mentioned, the details of the plan will be revealed on March 4th - At that point we will know more and be able to provide you with solid answers. It is great that you have been able to keep up with you mortgage, however it is real important for you now and in the future to try and get your credit score back in check and moving in the right direction.

I see the advise to pay down debt, but I can hear you now. "How in heck am I going to do that when we are doing all we can do the keep the mortgage current!" I would suggest that you get a credit consultation to see what your options are. This is no cost to you.

I would be happy to provide you with a consultation and there is no charge for this service. I am a advocate for credit restoration and would be happy to discuss your options.

If you would like to set something up, please send me an email -

Need contact your lender after 3/4 with published guidelines then determine your options.

Unless a lender OR mortgage broker reviews your files difficult to state. If you can restructure your debt pay off credit card balances by approx. 50% or more NEVER close an account your scores will increase then apply. It will take approx. 60 - 90 credit bureaus update your overall scores.
