I dont know the statistics but being hispanic myself and having friends that live there, they all comment the same thing, all the gangbangers (trash) from Los Angeles have moved there and most people have to walk around armed because of that or have moved due to the awful look of the neighborhood. If you dont mind neighbors with cars up on blocks and a sofa on the front porch and some washer and dryers that dont work on the sides of the house, then you might like Perris.
The last time I drove thru there to visit a friend, I stuck my left arm out to make a left-hand turn and when I pulled it back in, my watch and ring were gone.

Crime
Perris (zip 92570), CA, violent crime, on a scale from 1 (low crime) to 10, is 5. Violent crime is composed of four offenses: murder and nonnegligent manslaughter, forcible rape, robbery, and aggravated assault. The US average is 3.

Perris (zip 92570), CA, property crime, on a scale from 1 (low) to 10, is 6. Property crime includes the offenses of burglary, larceny-theft, motor vehicle theft, and arson. The object of the theft-type offenses is the taking of money or property, but there is no force or threat of force against the victims. The US average is 3.

Parts of Perris are worse than others. I think the properties east of the freeway would be a little lower in crime. Just my opinion. If you have heed help locating a property, please give me a call. Karen
