Where can i find "recently" sold homes for Vancouver, Wa?

Asked by ., Bremerton, WA Fri Feb 13, 2009

We just put our home in contract yesterday and are going to look for a home in Vancouver, Wa. I am trying to find a site that will show me recently sold homes in that area. In our area we have Redfin.
Trulia has this option to see recently sold homes but I see nothing new after December, 2008 so this is not current.

Thank you all...We have a realtor, Dale Chumbley who is waiting for us to show up Tuesday. I was just hoping that I could find recent 'solds' so I could study them before we got there. We are going to be for 2 days only so it's hard to do more then nod your head in agreement!
I have emailed him a list of homes we would like to look at, asked him to take out the ones in bad areas, HOA's, Short Sales, etc. We are cash buyers and don't want problems....

I just thought I could study numbers and areas over the weekend.

Again, Thanks

Hi Sheryl--

We are able with our Market Snapshot to provide up to the minute data on recent
home sales in any part of Vancouver you are interested in. For those who live
in my area, I post new pendings and solds every week so they can track what
is happening. Prices vary so much from one area to another that the best way
to follow up is to find some homes or a home that you really like, and have your
real estate agent show you a complete recent market analysis. When I do this
investigation, I search ALL recent sold properties, not just those in the RMLS.
Let me know if I can help you find a great home that meets your needs--we
have lots of extremely well priced homes right now!

Most accurate resource without county tax records contact a local realtor who can research MLS history files .
