I have emailed him a list of homes we would like to look at, asked him to take out the ones in bad areas, HOA's, Short Sales, etc. We are cash buyers and don't want problems....
I just thought I could study numbers and areas over the weekend.
We are able with our Market Snapshot to provide up to the minute data on recent
home sales in any part of Vancouver you are interested in. For those who live
in my area, I post new pendings and solds every week so they can track what
is happening. Prices vary so much from one area to another that the best way
to follow up is to find some homes or a home that you really like, and have your
real estate agent show you a complete recent market analysis. When I do this
investigation, I search ALL recent sold properties, not just those in the RMLS.
