models explaining the buying or selling process. I have seen these on other websites and they are very impressive but I do not know where to go for this. I tried going to YouTube but all that I get there are agents explaining different things. Does anyone have any ideas on this? I am not interested in connecting a video camera and filming myself. Thanks! your opinions are valuable.

You want to shoot, edit, render, upload videos on your local community events, your property listings. Embed them on your site, link to them in email, embed them in blogs posts. Real videos use the ears and the eyes to make a deep connection, better experience for real estate buyers, sellers. Remember to create a simle intro, extro so their is continuity, familiarity. Don't just start a video walking up the front walk herky jerky and pivoting roller coaster as your clod hop through a property. Pans, edits, story board and natural sound, not just Kenny G sound track to avoid "dead air". Talk one on one as you cyber tour the place. The biggest critics of real video you will find are not using it. Your early ones will be wobbly, just like when you learned to ride a bike and before Dad let you leave the yard.

Craigslist this question.
Filming & editing will cost about $50, an hour.
Actors & Actresses are usually $50 or $100 for the day.
I would also contact local schools who offer film classes.
Good Luck

I use It's completely free. You can upload your own videos or hire a videographer on the site. And you can choose from several different sized widgets to place on web sites, blogs, etc.
