escrow and title fees are split between buyer and seller according to the contract that has been agreed and accepted. you can request closing costs to be paid by the bank when submitting your offer and often times they will accept your terms and cover your escrow and title fees. it's all negotiable and should be discussed with your real estate professional representing you in the purchase of your home prior to writing an offer.

Our recommendation is for you to be in touch with a real estate professional that can explain the full buying process for "foreclosed" homes.

This information will help you to become more informed and have a better chance of a successful buying experience.
