Hi John,

As Patricia said will allow you to post to Trulia as well as many other sites. It is a service that we use. We service Egg Harbor Township and Atlantic County. We post our listings to many internet sites but this does not reach the most likely buyer of your home. 36% of home buyers will come through another agent. If you would like help marketing to other agents and home buyers or have any other questions please let me know. Best wishes,

Is Pam lying? I would like to sell my home on trulia without paying a listing broker fee. (FSBO) I have an inactive real estate license and I feel that I am sufficiently knowledgeable to carry out this transaction on my own. Does Trulia expressly forbid this?

go to, create a free account, from there you will be able to post it to Trulia as well as others, also: make sure you copy and paste the html code to an email, so you can use it on numerous other sites.
I do not service the area, but would be more than willing to help you.

If you are a FSBO Trulia will not allow your posting. If you are listed with a Realtor you Realtor can post to this site for you.
