Amy, are you searching SOCAL and IMR? If so, you will find them. Just search both for condos in the area without other critera and narrow from there. Some have also been listed under residential sfr as some agents will do. All too often I see searches that include x, x, x, x, x, and x specific criteria added to a basic search. Most will return 0 results. Broaden your critera and narrow as necessary. Use the Alliance if you only have access to one or the other. The Alliance will combine results from both although, sometimes the alliance listings will return fewer results for some reason. Especially on new listings. Good luck on your search Marilyn.

Yes, contact a local Realtor to RC. I am in Riverside County and referred my Niece to a local agent to the area. I practice in South West Riverside County. I dont advertisie for other agents but, there are many places that you can look. Stay with a local agent that is active in Rancho Coucamonga rather than someone from outside of an area you are considering. A local agent will know the best areas and....ones that may be on the downturn. Rental may be an option too as Sylvia suggests.

Hi Marilyn:

Please do contact your local Realtors from that area. If you can get referrals from friends or families who have used Realtors in that area, it would be great!

Contrary to what Christopher said below (I am sure that is not what he really believes in, at least I really hope not for his client's sake); a lot of Realtors will be very happy to help you find your home.

Personally, I live in Marin, otherwise I would be very happy to help you Just in case Christopher wonders - I also help customers find rental properties (to answer his $$ comment)

I am not sure where Christopher comes from, but perhaps his niece can give you her realtor's name if she is so happy with her purchase. But most advise is to interview a few Realtors first if you can.

I'm sorry, but I haven't found any when I searched for a client also. The only places that are in this price range are up here in Crestline. We're about 1/2 hour from Rancho Cuc. You can get a house for $150,000.
Good luck with your home search!

I found 18 condos under $155,000 in Rancho Cucamonga, I can email you the list and also send you a recurring list (via email) of condos under 155k as soon as they become available on the MLS. Just shoot me an email.

Hi Marilyn:

I have lived in Rancho Cucamonga for 22 years. I am our Group’s Director.

We have searched the local MR-MLS for Rancho Cucamonga (just before I sent this email) and I have come up with only one condo that is listed below $150K and it’s a studio!

However, there are two forced sales (known as short-sales) that might be able to be purchased close to the $150K price.

Call if we can be of service.

Great Luck to you!

I left the search as general as possible for both mls, residential search and condo search. Nothing.

Christopher, I have searched two different MLS and haven't found any listings in that range in Rancho Cuc. Where are you finding 18?

Yes, there are many available in that range. Most agents will not take you to them as they make much less money in the process. My Neice just purchased in RC and found a fantastic place near the hillside. I see about 18 available in that range right now. Be patient and persistent in your search! Good luck to you.
