Need Help, Home Buyer in Massachusetts

I have a daycare in my condo but hoa told me im in violation but my city zoning approved it? what can i do?

I would also say that the associations biggest objections would be a disruption to the quiet enjoyment of neighbors as well as concern with the master insurance policy.

You'll either have to move your daycare business to another location or get the HOA to change their by-laws. The city sets minimum standards to operate such a business but the HOA also can say what if any business can be done from your individual unit. If you could get a majority of the HOA to vote to change their by-laws you might be able to get it approved. Not an easy thing to do though, but I don't know your individual HOA. You'll need an attorney to review your condo docs, by-laws etc. to give you a legal oppinion on what your exact options are.
