The CC&R's are different for every subdivision across the nation. Although they bear similar restrictions - there are subtle nuances. If you have closed - you should have been supplied with a duly registered copy of your CC&R, By-Laws, etc. specific to your HOA.
Insofar as I understand it this is a requirement upon closing - otherwise, how would you know what you are now obligated to pay for and abide by?
