Although these listings can help to sell your home, this type of advertising creates phone calls, which in turn becomes clients. This cycle helps build a pool of homebuyers looking for property, usually represented by a selling agent.. Remember ads create buyers - they don't sell homes.
But only a good Realtor w/ a great marketing plan can give your property maximum exposure..
use one, you will be glad you did..... don't let 1 bad experience shy you away ... all agents are different and offer different services..
If you don't have an agent, I suggest you inquire and find a strong one to represent you. Statistics prove that you get about 15% more for your home when using an agent than when you sell it yourself, which means that even if you pay 6% you will still come out ahead in the end!
Good luck, I hope you do well in selling your home!

Trulia is an advertising portal for Realtors and their brokers. Brokers uipload listings.
Consult with a Realtor in your area and let them know that part of the marketing campaign should inlcude marketing your home on Trulia.
Try poslets.com this is a great tool. Remember advertising is only a small part, you need a good loan officer to qualify your potential buyers. This ensures they have the funds and are ready, willing and able. Next you need a Realtor who will negotiate and co-ordinate all of the parts that go into the preperation for closing. Good Luck.
Here is the link to submit your listing on Trulia (which is at the bottom of the page)
However, I think you have to belong to a real estate company to do so, so you should ask your Realtor to do that for you. If your Realtor's company is already one of the companies Trulia recognizes, your listing should appear automatically.
