Can anyone tell me the average value of residential (established neighborhood) land in Anderson Township/Hamilton County (Forect Hills School District) right now (per acre)?

Hello, the land value would be based on the area it is located, here in Anderson. The range can be from 30,000 and acre up.

It would be difficult to give the land value in an "established neighborhood". By using that term you are indicating that the area is developed and that will change the value. If you would give me more specific information as to how the information will be used I could probably come up with some estimate.

It is going to be tough to give you a per acre price since we do not usually price neighborhoods in a per acre fashion. Some neighborhoods will have 5000 sq. ft. custom built luxury homes on a .5 acre lot versus others that may have a one acre lot with a smaller home built several years ago as a track home, or older subdivision. If you could be a bit more specific in what it is you are looking for, such as newer home, older home, or a price range you want to be in, we can help you. I would not go by price per acre as it does not hold much validity to a true home search or price.
