The agents have provided the right info, I would also suggest caution as homes in this area at this price point have stagnated. I'm a certified appraiser as well as a broker and I can make your head explode with data I pour through when working with homes like this. Many have slipped 30-40% in this market, mainly because they were so inflated to begin with.
If you are a credible buyer in this price range, come loaded for bear with evidence of such....this market is then your oyster as you will have your pick.
