If I already put an offer on a reo and I won’t to change agent and the offer

And the house still available for sale my currant contract with my current agent
Expired. Wood I loose my turn in line. Or Banks don’t look who’s next in line
They just look for the best offer they got

Hi Sam,

If you are satisfied with your agent, just sign another Real Estate Agency Disclosure. Your agent should be aware of the expiration or maybe he/she is too busy to keep track of the paper work.

Yes, Banks (sellers) only care about money - the best and highest offer. As-Is sale, no repairs, usually no credit. If you are lucky, might come across with a seller who is willing to credit 2% - 3% non-recurring closing costs.
