As of today is 16 days! The house number is 660 W Twin peaks Parkway and it is lender owned. The photos look like that it is a nice home, however you wont know until it is viewed.

HI Wanda,

The status of this foreclosure is that it is now Bank Owned.
They are willing to accept an offer.
This property as been on the market for 14 days as of December 23, 2008.
The condition of the home is typical of Bank Owned properties, where I always recommend new paint & new floor coverings.

This property is located in Solera at Johnson Ranch (a 55+ community). The current list price is $145K & this property has 2bd/2ba with 1558sf. There are much cheaper properties for sale in the non-retirement part of Johnson Ranch. In fact, I found a governtment owned home for only $93K, with the same size but having 3 bdrms instead of 2.

I am a Buyer's Agent REALTOR and I help buyers find and buy cheap homes. I invite you to contact me to learn how I can assist you.

This bank owned home has been on the market for 14 days and is in Solera which is a 55+ Community so at least one owner must be at least 55. The price on the home is good since the active adult areas are more expensive. It is a gated community and has the Johnson Ranch Golf Course running through it.. It also has a clubhouse and community pool. Hope this helps.

Hi Wanda

This house has been on the market for 14 days after the foreclosure process was completed. It looks to of been lived in but is still clean. You might want to do some painting to reverse the decorating in areas.

Are you local and want to see it or would more photo's help you to envision the home?
