Bronxville Ridge is right down the street from where I live and I have sold numerous apartments in the complex. This particular apartment is actually withdrawn from MLS; it can take some time for it to be updated on Trulia. I showed two, two bedroom apartments in the complex today that while priced a bit higher, have brand new kitchens and baths. This complex is popular because it has working fireplaces and they will allow one dog. Starbucks is across the street if you are a coffee addict ;)

Just a note on parking in this area. While there is a $45 parking fee listed, there is a waitlist on this and several of the buildings on Bronx River Road. Some of these wait lists can be several years and street parking in that area is VERY difficult. (Teachers and people who get home earlier than most make out pretty well though.)

In a condo, common charges are not tax deductible at all, and you pay your property taxes separately. Often you pay your own heat and hot water too. Many new buyers look at the higher monthly costs on a coop and decide that coops are more expensive the condos.....................that is almost always not true. If you factor in the tax deductions, the lower price, and the fact that maintenance includes heat and hot water, coops are almost always less expensive than condos.
The maintenence is a little higher and does not include the STAR reduction which will be around $100-$150 in savings per month.
