If this is your goal, you have a few options.
1) Get your brokerage license and open a brokerage. Owning a brokerage is not cheap and you may find that it is just not cost effective.
2) Hang your license with a Broker who will allow you to run a property management division and maintain your own client lists, as long as you comply with State Law.
3) Hire a Broker. There are plenty of broker out there who will gladly allow you to pay them a small fee to be the Broker of Record for your company.
