How does the US Missle Strike in Pakastan affect you? If you're a home buyer...

You may be surprised, but any event that creates mass chaos and threatens disruption to oil supplies, destablizes foreign relationships with key countries, or enhances the likelihood of war involving any of the G7 countries WILL affect current rates offered on home loans!

I woke up this morning to read about 6 US missels hitting Pakastan and though, "uh oh!" Turns out that it's not as bad as the fear mongering media would have you believe through the headlines (yeah, they grabbed me!), but I guarentee you, keep your eyes on the Isreal/Iran conflict because as that escalates, home loan rates will drop.

Finanicial markets hate instability - esp when it can disrupt black gold production! Stocks will go down and the bond market - which home loan rates are tied to - will be the recipients of capital moved out of stocks into the safer finanical investments.
