Home Buyers and Sellers: What data are you finding most useful in your home search?

Asked by Sharon Go, San Francisco, CA Fri Apr 17, 2009

Are you finding yourselves so wrapped up in the data and the hunt that you become overwhelmed and don’t make a purchase? Does data help you narrow your home search so it is easier and you no longer have to look at 25 homes before making a decision?

Interesting questions, Sharon. I am interested in the responses you receive to this, so I will stay tuned.

My experience is and has always been that a good agent gets to know what a buyer likes and what is important to them, and THE AGENT is then best-equipped to locate the right options for the buyer(s) to see. I would be curious what others think about that comment, as well.

Enjoy your weekend ... thank you for using Trulia.com!
