If you just want to Browse Actual Foreclosures...You might wish to check out the Bank/Gov sites created to give the public access to view the Listed Foreclosures/Properties for sale and to provide information on the purchase process used plus much more information it's Free and updated constantly...Sites like..

I know EXACTLY what you mean!!! For example, I went to "", which featured a "free 7 day trial" without giving ANY information about how much one would be charged AFTER that "free trial". I called their Customer Service number (it was a "877" number listed under their "terms of service".) After being bounced to a second employee for an answer, after a feeble and evasive sales pitch, I finally got out of her that their monthly fee is $59.99 (!!!!)

I have sold a handful of foreclosed, pre-foreclosed, shortsales, and REO homes in and around Philadelphia in the last few months. I am currently making two more offers on REO properties, well below the resale values, that I expect to have positive answers from this week. Both homes are in excellent condition. contact me and we will get you going in the right direction. I have just partnered my website with the largest REO website in the country to get these properties as soon as they become available.

I would suggest to work with a buyers agent who can help you. Most of the foreclosed houses on the market are listed on the MLS. The good ones obviously sell quickly. Also, you can go to HUDs website to see HUD houses that are available.

Hello Naum,
If you are looking for foreclosed homes that are already listed, you can go to "" and search in your local area, or try going directly to the individual Banks' website. Good Luck in your search.
