I suggest that you call your agent and ask them to put the listing in Trulia. Sometimes the listings won't automatically syndicate to Trulia. I know that Re/Max.com will automatically syndicate to trulia, zillow, etc. Hope this helps. Erika Johannsen, Re/Max Gold, bre#01831198

Jim Walker answered:
You are too late to buy it cheap at auction, Albert.
That property was sold at auction April 8th, 2013. It recorded April 19th 2013.
On the other hand if your agent can convince the new owners to sell it to you for much more than they paid, they might listen to you.

If you noticed. Trulia estimates the current value at $170,000 which is $31,000 more than the auction winners paid for it in April.

Hi Jim; the house is owned by someone who lives in Florida. Is the house vacant? If so it is probably in the process of being foreclosed on. Are you looking for a home like this one? If so please call me and I can help you find a great home in this market where homes sell very quickly.

Jim Walker answered:
Several ways to get it.
1. Go to the property and see if there are auction notices posted on any of the doors or windows. Probably gone though, cause the first interested investor will take the notices so they have the address dates and opening bid for the auction....
2. Pore through the local newspaper trustee sale notices for the address..
3. Get a paid subscription to one of the foreclosure reporting services. (free 7 day trial usually available)
4. Find a Realtor that has a paid subscription to one of the foreclosure reporting services.

Scott Thiel answered:
DJ Barbee,

Paul is correct, home is on the market and is a Short Sale. However Paul apparently didn't listen yo you, as you don't really care if it can go FHA or not, as you are not financing the home. This is a good price for the home...probable too good. Some agents price their listings really low to attract buyers, then when the short sale lender gets their appraisal back, they ask for the offer to be increased. This is what I think is this situation. Short Sales can take 3-6 months to complete.

I have no problem at all submitting offers for you, but I value my client's time and efforts and will guide you accordingly.

If you are serious about finding a "good deal", drop me a line and we can get to work for you right away and get you in escrow by next week and closed within 3 weeks. Thanks!
