No, sorry you have to list it with a REALTOR, and in your local MLS for it to appear here (provided that MLS syndicates its listings here).

Sorry, this is not a FSBO site. The listing here come from the multiple listing service then syndicated to the various on line websites, such as Trulia. You will notice that Trulia has several agents answering questions. If Trulia opened up the listings to FSBO the contributions from agents would certainly drop off.

With that said, there are all types of listing products. I suggest that if you want your home listed on Trulia, you will need to list your home and ask if their fee includes syndication to other websites.

All the best to you in a successful sale.

Hi superlisadog1
Mike stated it great. You will get what you pay for. There are agents out there who will have no problem doing 5% but could charge higher broker fees and do less advertising (Open houses, print, web and overall work). Interview a few agents and find the one that best suits your needs and personality. If you would like I could meet with you and go over my marketing plan and selling price as well. Feel free to contact me anytime. Hope this helps.

I am a Spring Grove graduate and reside and raise my family in Spring Grove.
For a while the inventory in SG was limited, but that is not the case now. There are many more avenues involved in searching for a home and I can guide you through them. It is a great time to purchase a home with the inventory available. Serious buyers won't stop searching through the Holidays which makes it a great time to sell. If I can help you narrow down your search, please let me know. As you know our district has 3 elementary schools and that may be a factor for you? ... more

I am not going into the details here about the nuts and bolts a listing agent should do to sell a property. What I will say is that marketing a property is a team effort between the professional marketer (Realtor) and the owner(s). It starts with the price and ends with the price. Anything
in-between will help sell the property faster if it's attractive and desirable or delay a sale if the opposite.
Having said that your Realtor probably ran a CMA or Comparative Marketing Analysis. Go back to that and have a meeting with your Realtor for an update on what comparable properties have sold and are offered within half to one mile radius of your property. Wishing you success!

You might check with the County; if you have 2 parcel numbers you should be able to separate the sales.
If you don't have the money to fix them up; the right LISTING price should compensate.
It's hard to think that you would lose money on this.
Don't obsess about the Comp's; particularly the Commercial property doesn't need them: If somebody want it for their particular needs, then it will have value.
