I always suggest checking Craigslist first. They have a large number of rentals. Old Orchard usually has rentals that are a little less expensive

There are all kinds of places available in portland which is about 30 miles away. If you search you may find housing closer to you.

Since disabilities are present it made sense to talk to alpha one to see what else they could offer for assistance. I would like to hear how things work out.
