Property records are pubic and available through the county website. When I clicked on the link, it indicated the property was no longer available. There are several rental scams taking place on Trulia, Craigslist and other sites, so be very careful if you are looking for a good rental.
If the deal seems too good to be true, it probably is. NEVER send money in the mail hoping to get keys back, this is always a scam.

List prices are just what a seller and broker decide to offer the property for. If someone will accept less and how much less usually only comes with a sincere and qualified offer. Don't assume that if a lower price may cause the seller's to be "underwater" (owing more than it's worth) that the seller would automatically have to take a short sale route. There are cases where the seller has the cash and the motivation to take a loss and move on.
The best way to find out if this house is worth what it's listed for or if they will take any less would be to find a great local broker, tour the property and some others similarly priced and see if you like it. Your broker can complete a Comparative Market Analysis once you know it's what you want and you can decide how to proceed. Only by making a written offer can you truly find out if the offer would be acceptable. I've had "verbal" offers made on my listings that were rejected, only to later sell for that price or less to properly presented written offers.

You need to contact the owner or the manager of that property about pets. I have rentals and 1 with pets. The renter had to pay a $500 non refundable pet deposit. Plus her regular down and deposit. Hope you find what you are looking for but you should check out in the market if you can buy. There are several zero money programs out there and it doesn't cost you anything to approved.

Erica: This house is not for sale, this is a "trick" to get you to contact the Buyer's Agent office from what I can see. Where the price that is on this comes from, I don't know because that house is really a house that was sold by the Buyer's Agent evidently, but certainly didn't sell for that price.
