Hi,

In their buildings that have gas the heat is included and in the buildings that have electric it is not. Your heat will be included in your electric bill.

Trulia and Zillow are suitable for ENTERTAINMENT purposes only. Were you entertained? That's why you should keep coming back.

"If agent's can't give me ALL the info I need..."
There are more than two people looking at real estate on Trulia.
Some are wanting information regarding what the closets look like.
Others want to know if they can bring a pit bull or two with them.
Some want to know what the HOA fees cover.
One of the buyers wanted to know if there was a buried fuel tank in the yard.
Some ask of the subject property hosted violent crime or death or occupies space formerly claimed by Native Americans.
Others want to know if seller will consider renting.
Most Zillow and Trulia trollers want to know if the seller is provide financing.
-
One person asked of their Aunt Imma formerly lived there.

My point is, there will be NO SITE PROVIDING ALL THE INFORMATION EVERYBODY NEEDS!
Because, everyone has different, even irrelevant, needs.
-
What you can do is obtain reliable, actionable, responsible, timely information through your local REALTOR who will provide you FREE access to the Multiple Listing Service.
-
However, for entertainment and amusement purposes, you simply can beat Zillow and Trulia.

Heath Coker answered:
One of the problems with sites on the Net that only sell ads or just collect email addresses to resell, is that the info on their pages is often meant to cause you to provide an email address and name or phone number for them to sell.

I'd spread the word to use actual real estate professionals' sites rather than ones where the correctness of the data is not as important as gathering and selling your name and email to the highest bidders.
