you can't list your home on Trulia as a for sale by owner.

Only agents may post homes here.

Do not buy a house with someone you are not married to. Happened to me 10 years later I moved out with nothing as I couldn't stand living with the person anymore

First off, there should never be a cost to you for working with an agent while buying a home.
It is great that you have a preapproval as that is always the first step we have our buyers do. From there you know how much of a house you can afford. We have several homes in Wooster and the surrounding area. Do you know whether you are looking for a property that is in town? Or more in the country? How big of a house and yard are you hoping for? These are important things to talk over with your fiancee as that will help narrow your search to just the properties that are what you're looking for.
One thing that I would strongly recommend when buying a home, is get a home inspection prior to closing. There could be very costly repairs that may not have been noticed otherwise. When you put an offer on a house, you can make it contingent on passing a home inspection in the contract. It could wind up saving you tens of thousands of dollars and a lot of headaches down the road.
We are a small firm that would be more than happy to help you from start to finish. If you are interested in talking to us to see if we are the type of agency that you are looking for, feel free to give us a call.

Hi Carolyn,
You say that you are looking for duplex rentals in Orrville. Are you planning on buying it and renting out one side? Or, simply renting for starters? The Friday newspaper has many rentals available. Also, try Facebook. If your looking to buy, your first step is to talk with a lender. A lender can answer many of your questions regarding how much money you will need down, monthly payments, types of loans and pre-qualify you prior to purchasing. ... more

Better off to keep renting until he buy. The rent to own or lease option is very heavy in favor of the seller. Unless he is prepared to lose a 5% option fee he needs to work on being able to get a loan. ... more

Seroiusly doubt it - there are no log homes to rent to my knowlegde in Wayne County or Wooster area. There have been a few over the years for sale and we have one listed for sale for 290,000 range. Does it have to be log home? There are homes to rent here but very few houses are log homes so therefore less available for rent. ... more
