You need a real estate agent to list on trulia. In today's day and age with all the technology you really don't need to list your house FSBO. Many of the "foreclosures" listed on sites such as Trulia actually aren't for sale yet. They are properties where the foreclosure process has been started but not yet completed, which can take a year or more in some states.
