The walk score is nonsense!
What is walkable depends on YOUR lifestyle and how much time you want to spend walking!
If you have enough time....every place is walk able.
If you have pre-school children at home, a park with a playground should be part of the calculation and if the home is to be occupied by folks of advanced years the closest CVS may have significant value.
A Walkable Home is best determined by the LIFESTYLE and NEEDs of the occupant.
You should be chatting with a real estate professional who:
#1. Is knowable of the area
#2. Has your lifestyle preferences
#3. Participates in the Walkable Homes program
Walkable Homes participating agents will consider YOUR acceptable walk distance, YOUR acceptable biking distance, and other elements that involve you MONTHLY schedule.
