Any Realtor may have the ability to show rentals to potential tenants. Many times rentals are listed by property managers who may not deal directly with tenants and they have a very slow response rate. Sorry for your frustration but if you ever need a rental or have questions you can call a local Real Estate company and they may be able to help you.

I specialize in helping first time home buyers but I also show rentals to people all the time. Good luck in your search!

You would do a cash out refinance on the rental property, use the cash to pay off the HELOC debt. This can usually be done in one transaction and the payoff can be handled by the settlement agent.

You would get investor rates, programs and restrictions on the cash-out refi. Look at some options, they may not be as good as your HELOC rates/terms.

Connie Saltarelli answered:
You need to have your home looked at by a pro. There are many variables to pricing than what you mentioned. There are a lot of homes on the market that are over priced. ... and of course those remain. Most neighborhoods have only seen less than 6% increase, since last year. Let me know if you would like me to send you a market update for that area. Thanks. ... more

The absolutely best person to ask is the lender and the sooner the better. The credit bureaus are super slow to respond.

Hello

I have sold many homes in that neighborhood. The difference is the resales are lower priced and normally have a lot of upgrades. There is a former NEW model on sale now in the neighborhood for a very good price. I have shown just about all of the homes for sale in the neighborhood. I have clients right now under contract for a brand new quick delivery Colorado model for 590k. The prices in the neighborhood range from 450-618k.

Please contact me if you would like to view or further information,

Thanks.

Hello

I think so, if you do not have a high condo fee. Are you interested in seeing some properties?

Great suggestions below--also county records can be found via tax appraiser websites where you can search by address and find the owner name on the property appraisal.

Follow Annette's advice below--USE CAUTION. Scams are everywhere...verify, and then check again.

Good luck!
