If you have a good credit, it won't be a problem for you to rent a home. Actually, you can do it on your own, using https://rentberry.com

I am state and federally licensed to write mortgages in 31 states, I work for a direct lender in the mortgage industry who offers conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans. We keep your info private not broker it out and we go down to a 550 credit score for VA and FHA loans.. Are lowest score we accept for government loans are 550 when most lenders require a 620 and brokers a 580. You have to have two years of income with a score over 550 with bankruptcies discharge date 2 years and over. We have basic guidelines and a pretty easy process. Feel free to text me or call me anytime up to 10:00pm Eastern with any questions.

Hi Ashley,

No, you do not need to hang your license with a broke right away. But, you might want to look into this company www.ParkPlaceNetwork.com, they are a referral/license holding company. You are able to place your license here, pay nothing to the board and be active. It's a good way to start out in the business without going all the way in. They will also provide you with the post license course for free in which you will need to take in the next 2 years anyway. Good luck to you! ... more

UpNest Top Realtors answered:
Hello,

The only way to get your FSBO home listed on Trulia is to have it listed on the MLS. Only agents have access, but you could also pay for what's called a flat fee listing service if you want to sell by owner (generally not a good idea).

We created UpNest (http://www.upnest.com) to help home sellers get the best value possible. All you have to do is submit a few details about your home, and we'll invite several top local agents to submit proposals to you.

Since agents are competing to earn your listing, they bring out their best commission rates and value added services, saving you a lot of money. There's no risk to try us at all, and it's completely free for you.

Good luck!

Congratulations on your upcoming retirement! Winter Springs is a wonderful city with lots to offer. You may want to consider a new construction home in the area. Some home builders have been giving some good incentives recently, especially if you go with their preferred lender. If you would like a list of new home builders in the area, please let me know.
