When you have assets such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds, 401K or IRA rather than a traditional income, In order to get qualified for a mortgage using those assets to either "create" an income by annualizing the assets or use the assets as collateral for 100% financing on your home. Every situation is different for every person shopping for a mortgage, ... more

If you are not receiving any response from the listing broker on Trulia, you should probably reach out to a local agent and let them know that you are interested in a property and are in need of representation. That agent will then inquire directly with the listing agent in order to find out answers to any questions that you have.
Good luck!

The HOA fee is $863 per quarter so $3,452 per year or $288 per month. I don't believe this would include maintaining your lawn and would still need to pay for your hazard insurance.

There is one "active" and available property offered at $324k. Here are the active, pending and sold in the past 12 months:

Hope this helps.

If you're considering other areas, there is a bank owned house in Lutz that may give you "instant" equity and also has a backyard pool. It's in a gated neighborhood of Estate sized lots and homes built by Southern Crafted Homes.

It's about 4,400 sq ft, too. Will need a little cosmetic work but you should end up with instant equity after a small investment to replace flooring and repaint inside. It's a newer home with very high ceilings.

If you're not yet working with a Realtor, get in touch with me if you want more details. Otherwise your Realtor can help you find the right home.

All the best,

I live there, and while the bylaws say no "visible" commercial vehicles, they are pretty lax. You can definitely park them behind a fence or in a garage! Another option is magnets. A large part of our community own their own businesses and they have commercial vehicles. It is very laid back out here; not nit-picky at all. ... more

It is not to late, but do consider what are your goals? It's a great time to buy with low rates. I can't say enough about renovation financing, where you buy a distress property and fix after closing with one loan and a repair escrow. One strategy you can use is to buy, fix and sell every two years, pocketing the profits or taking them to another property. This little known government program requires owner to occupy for at least one year and two years if you want to avoid capital gains taxes. ... more

Linda Reynolds answered:
It has to do with them going into short sales and foreclosures. Most were bought when everyone was going with adjustable rate mortgages. They are unable to refinance since the home is now worth less than they owe. Once their interest rate starts going up the home quickly cannot be afforded anymore.
