This home was auctioned on the courthouse steps two weeks ago (May 30). The bank bought it back for a high price. There was one bidder there interested in it, but the bank bid more than he wanted to pay. The auction process may still be open if anyone put in an upset bid, but if not, the sale becomes final after 10 days. I would expect the bank to list it with a realtor soon. At this point I would wait until it was listed with a realtor because then you can get access to the house and have it inspected and have a much better idea of the condition of the house and how much it is really worth. Contact me or your realtor and have them keep an eye out for the listing.
