My suggestion would be to contact the local police departments. They would be able to give you the most accurate information.

You know, not knowing what type of house you are talking about, nobody can really give you a good
answer, each area, each size and style and type of home, and construction and upgrades may have
a different time on market....
A well appointed and updated home of any size in a good location, and with great curb appeal and priced right will sell before any other.... So just one number will not be in general very helpful...(it will just be that an average number)
If you are thinking about listing and selling your current home....
YOUR OWN NEEDS AND WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AFTER THE SALE, should influence your
decision, and you can influence the time on market in many ways:

Price it right, so interesting that every buyer wants to see it first, stage your home so that it shows
perfectly on the photos and encourages buyers to want to see it in person, you may have to move or
remove furniture, paint a little here and there, unclutter, and make sure the curb appeal is as good as
it possibly can be and a good local Realtor will be helpful with all that... If you need a recommendation let us know I gladly send a good one your way.
Good Luck to you

Sincerely yours,
