Hey there -
Tesla Park is in the New Hanover County school district - Pine Valley is the elementary, Myrtle Grove is the middle, and Ashley is the high school.

I believe they are but your best bet is to call the rental company office directly. It is Victory Realty @ (910) 447-9495. Take a look at our rentals as well at

You can also buy cheaper than you can rent... so if I can help you with that just let me know.

Jeff is right. There really isn't a way to ascertain the average age of the residents of a particular complex or neighborhood. However, I toured these condos a while back and our tour guide mentioned there were a lot of young singles and young couples taking advantage of the amenities. Check out our website that features over 225 neighborhoods. Click on "Neighborhoods" and scroll down to Breezewood to read a little bit about the condos and see some pictures. Would love to help when you're ready. ... more

All four high public high schools here have excellent programs and impressive principals who have been motivating leaders/educators. All fours schools have students placed in the top universities - Duke, Stanford, Harvard, PENN, Chapel Hill. They have had finalists in the Morehead Scholars Program at UNC-Chapel Hill. Last year, some of Ashleys' top students went on to Duke on prestigious scholarships based on their math ability. All schools offer competitive athletics. New Hanover High School has open enrollment and offers a separate "freshman" Program. They also offer the \ Lyceum Program, unique to schools in the area, focussed on academics. Isaac Bear Academy, another option for high school, is located over at UNCW and students can earn up to two years' credit for college. Their graduates have gone on to Harvard, Duke, and won Morehead Scholarships. There are two faith based high schools: Wilmington Christian Academy and Coastal Christian Academy which are thriving. And there is one private, non-sectarian school with excellent credentials - Cape Fear Academy K-12. Many options to consider, but one that will suit your children academic needs/potential. ... more

If the house is situated in Pender County, the children will go to Topsail School District. However, the 28411 zipcode indicates New Hanover County and those children would go to New Hanover County schools. Good luck. I hope this helps!
