Dear Kay. I would definitely start by pulling your own credit. You can do so for free from plenty of sites. Like Mia said: is the one that the goverment sponsors. You can pull your credit report for free once per year. Also, you can contact your bank and they may do it for you as well. That would be the easiest way. I live in 19810 area. It's a small community of North Wilmington, with very minimal crime! I've lived here for 3 years and have small kids and feel extremely safe! Close to 95 exits.
