I took a peek at your home listing. Here's some tough love for you (sorry)...hopefully your Realtor has already given you this advice and you are in the process of following their guidance; remove and pack away anything that is not needed on a daily basis. There are some lovely counters in the kitchen but they are cluttered and don't get to show off like they should because of clutter. Same way with the wood floors, they are really nice but remove the throw rugs. Show them off even more. Remove a lot of the wall hangings, the wall paper is very busy and the wall hangings make it even more so....have you thought about letting more light in and getting new pictures taken. The pictures on our MLS show a winter yard and bare trees, and the pictures on our MLS are not flattering to your home. The key thing to remember is that this home is now an asset that you are trying to sell. Remove everything that stands in the way of making that sale. Try to remove all emotion from your thought process and pack away anything that isn't needed. I understand completely that some things are sentimental, but you don't have to throw them away just pack them away and bring them out in the new home. For now your goal is to sell this place. Talk with your Realtor and let them be completely honest with you, and follow their advice. They want to sell it also. Good luck Lori!
