Nothing happened in December, 2013 that has not been happening over the last 3 years.
The neighborhoods are close to downtown Houston, the Medical Center and Galleria areas...all major employment centers. Easy commuting with the 610 Loop near by. And also prices are varied. We see those homes not fixed up in the $250,000-$300,000 range. Those that have been fixed up are selling in the $450,000-$600,000 range. Plenty of investment opportunity for those that like to flip homes.
