Thank you for your question. I'm not sure what videos you might be referring to but I can tell you that Coldwell Banker provides listing information to us via a data feed. When a listing is sold they can either update the status of that listing in this feed to indicate it has been sold, or they can remove the listing from this feed entirely. Either way our system will then remove the listing information from our display automatically.
If you have a listing that is sold but is still live within our search results, check with Coldwell Banker to ensure that they've updated the listing in, or removed it from, their data feed. If you find that has already occurred, please let us know so we can investigate further. You'll find a 'report listing error' link on the right side of the page you can use to alert us about the problem or you can contact our Customer Service team directly via the link below.
