Rather than leaving your question on this general question and answer, if you don't get a response from a local realtor, I'd advise you to google an established real estate agency and begin a dialogue with one of the realtors. One of them should be able to advise you. ... more

I just looked in the Realtor MLS and do not see any. Maybe a local Realtor has a pocket listing, or maybe a for rent by owner if you drive around there. Otherwise, you may have to settle for close to Sunnybrook.
I would call a local Wheaton Realtor.

Lester S. answered:
If you are thinking about possibly buying or renting a condo or townhome, there often are homeowners association restrictions on pets similar to the restrictions you may find renting from landlords, but lanlords can be negotiable, homeowners associations are not. In either case, there are worthwhile options that allow pets. If you are thinking about possibly buying a single family detached home then there are no restrictions. First thing you need to do is explore financial feasibilty/financing options to gain a handle on what you can afford comfortably.

The rental market is a "landlords market" right now, and rents are up. Finding a house in that area in your price range is not realistic. You could buy a town home with 3.5% down and have a monthly payment in or below your price range.

Your in luck. There are several available that meet your qualifications. Are you more interested in a single family home, condo or townhome? Rentals that are in excellent condition go very quickly. The best window for you to agressively being looking is right now. I would be happy to email a list of rentals. Just shoot me an email and I can send them over today. I look forward to hearing from you. ... more

I am currently working with a renter in that price range. It's going to be very difficult but not impossible. Your best chance is a condo or townhome. Are you needing to be with certain schools? Most homes with 3 br & 2 baths are starting around $1500 ... more

Hi Kevin-

There is one in Wheaton, as well. It's a ranch that has 3 bedrooms, 1.1 baths. They are asking $1395 but rents are negotiable, too.
