Hi Edwin,
I would advise you to go to Westwood and see if you find a location that would suit you. Leasing commercial locations would be the arena of a Commercial Realtor (not residential). ... more

The tax rate is very different from an appraisal. If you want to know the value of your property, it would be a good idea to contact a local Realtor who can stop by and run a CMA for you. Our estimates of value include our market knowledge,so they are very good. Most local Realtors will provide this information to you at no charge. ... more

Hi JC,
Good question. Actually, the inventory in this area is not that high. There are many home buyers that are interested to move to that area, because prices are a little lower than north of Santa Monica. This area is very residential, quiet, and is within the walking distance from the Westwood charter school which is very good. Many families with children or young couples that want to start a family want to live in the area for that reason. In addition, this area is close to UCLA, Century City shopping mall, and many restaurants. It is a safe area for single people as well as families with children. I have been living in this area myself and I love living here.

Have you considered an extended stay hotel such as Homewood Suites or Residence Inn. I have stayed in these types of places before when I travel and they work out well. They have full kitchens and weekly maid service which is nice. ... more

I have a feeling that you will do better on a rental site. Try Craigslist or West Side Rentals.

The biggest issue you are going to face is the short duration. Most of the properties that are repped by Realtors are going to require a longer lease.

Have you checked with UCLA's housing office? They may be able to help you out.

Hello and nice to meet you.

I would be happy to send you a list of rentals that match what you are looking for. You can also try Westside Rentals and Craigslist just be cautious with all of the scams that are going on with rentals.

There are a few 2 beds, 2 bathroom units off of Sunset and Sepulveda that I can send you.

Take Care,

Hello

Beverly Glen is best south of Wilshire, or North of Mullholland. Lots of great condo complexes and its really not that bad pulling in and out of the underground parking lots either. Consistent traffic but no worse than any other street in Los Angeles. Have a wonderful rest of the day and know that I'm here to help should you need my assistance!

Hello Serhan

It's the same process as if you were buying a traditional home for sale, all it means is that the home is either Bank Owned, in default, or an auction property (typically bank owned homes are auctioned when they don't sell on the traditional market). Have a wonderful rest of the day and know that I'm here to help should you need my assistance!
