I echo the previous comments: The $11,000 price is set by the seller with the advice of their Realtor. A seller is under contract with their Realtor, so there is no way to "bypass" the Realtor. However, the seller pays the Realtor, so it doesn't cost you any extra. My advice is to find a Realtor to act as your buyer's agent. A buyer's agent works for you to get you the best possible price and gets paid the by seller's agent. Best of both worlds!
