Unfortunately, when you see the re al tytrac logo, you can be pretty sure that the listing is more designed to get you to buy their "service" than it is to help you buy the property.
You can search the registry of deeds for foreclosure information if you know how and have the time.
I would contact a local real estate professional to save time and money.

There are threee units for sale there. 2 units are listed by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage - Westfield (413) 568-2324 List Agent: Patricia Montagna

And the third is listed by William Raveis R.E. & Home Services (413) 565-2111 List Agent: Anne Gelinas

If you call them directly, you might get them to make arrangements to show you the units.

Julianne Krutka answered:
Dear Annie,

I see that someone answered your question already, that particular mobile home did sell and it sold at a great price! The mobile home park where that mobile home was located is called Hampden Village and it is a 55 or over community. My mother lives in that park so I am quite familiar with it and in all honesty it is where I hope to settle in for retirement myself. There are currently 5 other mobile homes in that park that are listed for sale on the MLS. One of them is a double wide. They range in price from 17,500-83,000. If you'd like more information about this mobile home park or any of the others in the Westfield MA area I'd be happy to share what I know.

Feel free to give me a call or drop me an email at your convenience.

Kind regards,

Julianne Krutka

Christine Moran Realtor & Notary answered:
Look at the tax assessed value. Next look at the amount of improvements. If a house is very awesome and desirable you will pay a little more. Most people coming in with financing will have to worry about an appraisal. I tell my clients who want to ask crazy amounts of money for their home to have a private appraisal prior to listing it.
Your Realtor should give you advice on these things. If you don't have a buyers agent you could pay way too much.
