When a client asks "How is the crime in this neighbohood" I always reply with the following answer.
" I recomend going to www.crimereports.com and put in the full address and zip code"
As an agent I can not give exact an exact answer to that question because it changes constantly. However I can help the client by explaining where to get accurate information. This way I am really helping someone.

Hi There Mr. Thomas!

There are many landlords who may decide to work you with but the key to success will be "Honesty."

If you are honest with either a Realtor who is assisting your or the Landlors, you may get an approval.

Also having a steady history and working and staying clear of any trouble may just go a long way.

Everyone deserves a second chance!

Remember to be honest and upfront about your challenges!

Wishing you the best of luck!

Hi Lucy
Not across school district boundaries. Within the same school district you often can send your child to a different campus. The exception being if a campus is closed to due to already being at capacity. Each district sets there own policies in this regard and they change year to year. A couple of things off the top to prepare for, some disricts charge a fee to swap campuses so be aware, your agent should be able to get this information for you. Second you will need to arrange transportation to and from the school campus each day at your expense if you are not in the feeder pattern. I see that you are in the Northeast I hope the weather is cooler. If you have any other questions I am happy to help, please contact me directly, there is no obligation. Best of luck on your home search!
