Westchester is a lovely area with many well cared for properties. It remains one of the most reasonable neighborhoods in the West Los Angeles area. There are several shopping areas that service Westchester.

As far as future plans for a cohesive "downtown" area, there is always discussion about this at the city meetings. I think it would be a great idea, and increase property values for the neighborhood. If you buy in the area, you can join the discussion about this.

Culver City had a budget for this when the re development agency made the sweeping changes in Culver City only five years ago. It surely can be done, in any area

No link is visible, however rather than posting your phone number and risk spam calls, why not simply contact any local agent/realty office, or consider working with an agent of your own, or contact the listing agent directly. In addition, be aware that scams do exist; be mindful that such web sites are third party sites, so the information is fed by various sources, therefore data is not really verified. If you choose not to work with an agent of your own always verify ownership before exchanging any money/personal information--make certain they are who they claim to be. Never wire any money, if it sounds to good to be true, it is. For scam related information see links.

It would be anywhere 11-13 miles depending where in Hollywood. If you give me an exact location in Hollywood, I would be able to give you a better idea. But in time, you may make it in 30-40 min one day & 1+ hr another day. It would all depend on the traffic and making sure you avoid the major trafic problems Los Angeles deals with.

Oh I see what you mean...it is showing that your property is currently listed active on Trulia with Remax Execs...which may have been the listing agents when you purchased the property. This is a very old listing...over 180 days on Trulia...the agent probably forgot to change it to sold.

I see Keith in my office leased it for you...he's a great guy.

You may want to contact the listing agent, Christina Go at Remax directly
PH: 310-703-1833 and ask her to remove the listing or change it to sold or report the listing to Trulia and have it removed.

Good luck!

All the best,

Kat Becker, Realtor

Majajing,

Each unit in Playa Vista has two HOA fees. One goes to Playa Vista Parks and Landscape and is always $230. The other is unique to the complex. Both could be anywhere from about $500 to $950.

My fellow agents answered the notice of default questions below.

I have lived in Playa Vista since the first day. Please contact me so I can assist you in finding a wonderful home.

Based on the past year, if you had the mortgage payment now being contemplated, how much additional would you have saved each month? I see lots of mistakes made by buyers, lack of planning and budget is the most common. What does your budget say you can afford each month while still saving a decent amount?

I linked Freddie’s budget form below, work backwards, start at the end with savings then adjust everything else.

I own a home inspection compay in Los Angeles. We have been in business for 15 year. I would definitely recommend a home inspection on a new home. just because it's new does not mean that all of the major systems are in proper working order. Another thing to consider is a Sewer line inspection. I have recently seen some new homes where the sewer line cap was left on when it should have been connected to city sewer and the sewer backed up into the new home within a day or two of the family moving in. Please call me with any quetions or to schedule an inspection. ... more
