There are many different sections of New Rochelle, some are doing better then others. I find that the area downtown that was supposed to be revitalized and sort of hit a wall, is suffering a little. Otherwise the majority of New Rochelle has performed well this season.

Hi, This unit is off ow W Hartsdale Road and somewhat private. It's is very convenient to Central Ave and also the major parkways. Homes don't come on too often in this complex and the decor in this particular one was a little funky. I do a lot of business in the Colony right around the corner. 3 bedroom homes typically range from $300k-$450k depending on size. I currently have two townhouse style units in contract and for the money they are a great value. They live like a house.

This apartment is only a 6 min. drive from Pace Law School and 17 min. from the Pace Pleasantville campus. There is some traffic in this area, but it shouldn't lengthen your commute significantly. Please let me know if you have any more questions I can help you with.

Hi, White Plains has many different neighborhoods and some have appreciated more then others. The Highlands, Gedney Farm, Rocky Dell, Rosedale, and Hillair Circle areas tend to command a higher dollar then others. In order to properly give you a value I would have to walk through the home, note the condition, location, size, and area, then give you a good range of value.

There were 635 sales in 10605 the past five years and in 2010 the market was a little more stable then previous years. The past two years we have seen tighter inventory levels so prices have been driven up due to high buyer demand.

We are officially in a sellers market again so the lack of inventory will help you get a higher price. Once the condition and all otter important factors are noted then you can determine a fair market price. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

Bronxville PO is in Yonkers. While it is walking distance to Bronxville train station, it is walking distance to Mount Vernon too. I think PO will stay ok (especially Bronxville Village). Nevertheless,the proximity to bad areas is somewhat concerning. Since I noticed some beautiful homes in Mt. Vernon which resembledsome homes in PO, I say to myself anything can change for the worse. ... more
