Actually, that is a common sense approach. Based on my experience there are very few multi unit properties that comes on the market in this area. Those who do have this type of property rarely offers them for sale and actually this area is more a bedroom community with over 90% of the properties being Single Family. In terms of qualification(s) I am an Appraiser as well as a Broker.
